Hannah's Magazine Cover

For this project we were required to create a magazine describing ourselves. Using 4 different article titles and a interesting title name. I decided to create two seperate magazines that show my personality in different ways, using color, but also natural colors. I made article titles that describe me and my life, I also incorporated two different styles into both of my magazines to show my different styles. My first magazine used a variety of different brushes to give it some individuality. My second magazine didn't use any brushes but I used a variety of shapes to give it a certain look, I wanted to keep the theme natural and basic but I also added a different filter for the picture of me so it could be eye pleasing.

Hannah's Movie Poster

For my movie poster assignment I chose to do The Nightmare Before Christmas, mainly so my title could be The Nightmare Before The Test. We did this assignment to see if we could replicate the effects and layout of the original movie poster. I really enjoyed doing this assignment because it test's our abilities to replicate other pictures with little knowledge to do so, also it gives you the right to be creative with your title. Also I really enjoyed using many different brush styles to create the right effect.

COLOR EXCHANGE

Our stop motion shows many of the different colors that are apart of the color wheel.

The basic storyline of this stopmotion is to have a variety of different colors, also we used the paper to sybolize that you can make anything with imagination. Meaning we colored the paper red to show it turning into an apple hense the color red. We used the different color of pencil crayons and the different color of m&m's to symobilize that they were a part of the pencil crayons. We also decided to use a combination of different items to make the stopmotion not basic and more interesting. We didnt want to settle with one item.

Hannah Keehns Photoshop Assignment 2016

For my Photoshop assignment I decided to do a translucent sunset picture/ picture of myself. These are the two pictures that I used for this project, the idea was the combined both pictures and make both translucent. You had to turn your photo of yourself into a silhouette, add a layer-mask then adding your sunset to the layer mask. Once you press back to the original photo it will show the sunset, you must change the opacity of your picture of yourself. I added an extra effect by changing the background color and adding more color to my sunset. Overall it was quite difficult to figure out and had a-lot of problems along the way. I'm am very happy with the way it turned out!

Hannah Keehn's October Photos

For this project we were given words and had to post a picture that symbolized that word everyday for the month of October. For example if the date is October 30th then you take a picture of something that has to do with the word drop.

Hannah Keehn Andy Warhol Art

For this project our job was to recreate Andy Warhol's popular artwork using photoshop. The purpose for this project is for us to learn more about how to use photoshop, and how to correctly use certain tools that are in photoshop.

Getting to Know My DSLR

For this project we had to maake a slide containing different names of parts of a camera and give the definition of the given word. The purpose is for us to learn more about our cameras so when we use them we will be more aware about what buttons mean and we can use them to take better photos.

Hannah Keehn Shots and Angles

For this project we were given a variety of different angle names and we had to find the definitions of each of the following words. The purpose of learning these words is so when we take pictures in the future and on the sheet we have to take a oblique shot, we will know what that means therefore taking a picture at the correct angle. Knowing this vocabulary will be very helpful in future projects.
